Registration Was Never This Easy!

Register yourself by any of the following methods:

  1. Click here for Self-Registration. For your assistance, “self-registration user guide” is also available.
  2. Send IB via SMS to 6222
  3. Call our 24/7 Call Center @ 111 000 622

Domestic - Retail and Islamic

  • Go to our main website page
  • Select “MCB Internet Banking” from Digital Services
  • Click on the “Registration” button.
  • Fill out the Online Application Form.
  • Provide your Visa Debit Card number
    • CVV2 number
    • Visa Debit Pin
  • Select your user ID and press submit
  • You will receive a temporary password via email
  • Enter that temporary password on the login page
  • You will be required to change your password after first log in.

Corporate Customers

Corporate Customers can easily apply by following the easy steps below:

  • Visit your MCB Branch and fill out the “Corporate User Form” or download it from here.
  • Once filled, send the form to your respective branch
  • You will receive your user name and password via email on the email address provided by you on that form.

Abroad Customers

  • Select “MCB Internet Banking” from Digital Services
  • Click on the “Registration” button
  • Select Customer Type “Abroad” from the drop down menu
  • Fill out the Online Application Form .
  • Fill out the “Authority Letter” available here and send it to:

After we receive your authority letter we will process your application and send you an email containing your user ID and password.

Important Note:

  • Authority Letter/Change of Demographic request should be accompanied with documentary evidence i.e. copy of CNIC/SNIC/NICOP, Passport holding valid visa and documentary evidence (e.g. Utility Bill, Residence Card, Employment Card, Work Permit etc.), if requested documentary evidence is missing request will not be entertained.
  • Further to avoid any delay/inconvenience, please read the instructions mentioned under ‘NOTE’ on the respective form before sending the documents.
