MCB is doing very well and can make its services more valuable by adding follwoing to its list of services.
1. Issuance of credit card and online paymetn of credit card bills.
2. To Include the following companies to the list of your utility bill payment companies
a. SNGPL , b. WAPDA, c. Telenor, D. Warid
3. Facility of payment of bills through mobile.
4. SMS and email to customers on any (Or predefined, like bill payment, funds transfer, salary transfer ) type of transaction in the account.

I always used to wonder, when Pakistani banks will start online services & we will be able to complete most of tasks online without visiting bank & thanks to MCB who have really done a great job & No doubt MCB is one of first bank to give online banking facilities. Now I pay my utility bills online and also keep tracking my account through mobile banking.
