The following key steps will be carried out by the for investment in real estate:

• Customer will find a property to purchase
• Customer will provide details of property, patment details (Lump sum/installment) & details of the buyer to MCB Bank
• Bank will valuate property through PBA approved valuator
• Property valuation will be evaluated with respect to SBP guidelines
• Bank will obtain "Title Search Report" through lawyer
• Bank will process property payment via Bankers Cheque through customer's RDA account
• Customer to submit receipts of taxes/duties for property purchase and share copies of same with Bank
