decided to discontinue Cash Card product effective from April 26' 2010.
Your are requested to claim your cash card deposit, if any, by sending
the following to the address given below. Please note that inline with
SBP guidelines any unclaimed balance after 10 years will be transferred
to SBP Unclaimed Accounts.
Customer copy of Cash Card issuance
form(original).
Cash Card Plastic - Cut in half (vertically).
Photocopy of valid CNIC.
Claim Form - below (incomplete form will not be
entertained).
