MCB Bank Ltd inaugurated its expanded Call Center facility on September 18, 2006 at the Shaikh Sultan Trust Building in Karachi.
Mr Mian Mohammad Mansha, the Chairman MCB Bank Ltd & Mr. Mohammad Aftab Manzoor, the President of the MCB bank Ltd. inaugurated this most modern & Pakistan’s first VOIP based call center in the banking industry.

This expansion of Call Center coupled with the widest network of more than 280 ATMs advocates MCB’s strategy and focus for developing alternate delivery channels complimenting its strong and ever growing network of 950 branches.

The expansion of its Call Center Facility is just another step towards this, further strengthening its customer service.
This new state of the art Call Center ensures consistent, cost effective and 24-by-7 availability of services to MCB customer with a unique and engaging experience.
It will provide an end to end solution to ALL customers needs from balance enquiry, transaction details, product information, complaint handling, the payment of utility bills and many branch banking facilities ensuring highest standard of customer service.
Not only this but this sophisticated Center is equipped to provide ultimate support to the upcoming Visa Credit Card and existing consumer loan products.
