| What is i-shop? |
i-shop is a virtual shopping mall for MCB Visa Credit Card members which
enables you to:

All you need to do is call up the
MCB Call Centre at 111-000-622, choose the product from the i-shop catalogue
along with the chosen payment option and the product will be delivered
to your door step within 2 to 4 weeks.

| Can you redeem
multiple i-shop products against Party Points at a time? |
|
Yes, you can redeem multiple products as long as the sum is equal to or
less than the total Points you have earned. You can also choose to keep
some Party Points for other redemptions at a later stage. Additionally,
you can purchase the products in this catalogue by charging on your MCB
Visa.

| How long does
it take to receive your i-shop product? |
The chosen product will be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks of receiving
of your request.

| If you wish
to purchase a product from the i-shop catalogue through the i-plan option,
what tenure is available to you? |
|
You can only purchase a product from the i-shop catalogue and convert
it to an i-plan payable within 6 months and that too at 0% markup.
|

| Are there any
charges for purchasing a product from the i-shop catalogue using the i-plan
option? |
Yes, you will be charged a one time Processing Fee of Rs. 250/- whenever
you purchase a product from the i-shop catalogue using the i-plan option.

| Will you be
charged Mark up when you purchase a product from the i-shop catalogue through
the i-plan option? |
Products from the i-shop catalogue that can be purchased through the i-plan
option will be available at 0% markup. |

| What if you
decide to pay off the entire outstanding amount before the 6 month tenure
ends? |
A nominal prepayment charge of Rs.500 or 5% of the outstanding Principal
amount (whichever is higher) will be charged if you decide to pay off
the entire amount before the 6 month tenure ends.

| What if your
Party Point balance is less than that required to redeem a product from
the i-shop Reward Program? |
If you wish to redeem a product that is of a higher value than your Party
Points, you can purchase it by charging the entire amount on your MCB
Visa and save your Party Points for redeeming some other product at a
later stage equivalent in value to your Party Points. However, redeeming
your Party Points partially and charging the remaining amount on your
MCB Visa is not possible.

| Can Supplementary
Card members request for products from the i-shop catalogue? |
|
Transactions made on Supplementary Cards will earn Party Points on the
Principal Card member's account and may be used for redemption only by
the Principal Card member. Similarly, requests for products from the i-shop
catalogue will only be entertained if raised by the Principal Card member.

| Can you exchange
your Party Points for your chip maintenance fee? |
|
Your chip maintenance fee can be adjusted against the Party Points you
have accumulated. For more details, please refer to the chip maintenance
fee section of the i-shop catalogue.
