Supplementary Card

Share your MCB Visa experience with your friends, family and loved ones. You have the option to gift or issue up to 5 supplementary cards.

All supplementary card members have to be over the age of 18 years and will share your basic credit limit. All supplementary cards carry separate card numbers and all charges incurred on them will be reported on the monthly statement of the primary card member.

And you get the best deal because all spending on your supplementary cards is calculated towards earning you more party points and rewards.

To apply for the supplementary card(s) simply fill in the enclosed form and send it to us or contact our Call Center at 111-000-MCB (622) where our MCB Executives will be happy to help you.

Card Replacement and Loss

In case your credit card or any of your supplementary cards get lost, stolen or misplaced, kindly report it immediately to our MCB Executives at 111-000-MCB (622).

Protecting your card

In order to avoid misuse, you need to be extremely careful with your MCB Visa. Therefore, we would advise you to please read the following instructions carefully:

• Sign on the signature panel of your card as soon as you receive your MCB Visa.
• Do read all the Terms & Conditions before using your card.
• Please destroy the PIN mailer once you have memorized your PIN.
• Please do not write your PIN on your card and/or keep it in your wallet.
• Save the copies of your transaction slips to check them with your account statement.
• Inform our Call Center at 111-000-MCB (622) for any change in your particulars (change of address etc).
• Please do not disclose your MCB Visa credit card number & details to anyone without any reason.
• Please do not give your card to anyone including any MCB employee without cutting it into 2 pieces.
• Do not bend your card & do not leave it exposed to direct sunlight.
• Your MCB Visa is valid till the expiry date shown on it. Cardmembers with good standing will automatically receive a renewal card for the next membership period before the “Expires End” date on the card is reached.
