| PIN Change |
| PIN change option is now given so that you can have added security with your card. For added security, it is advisable to change your PIN as soon as you receive your card. It is also advisable to keep on changing your PIN on a regular basis. If you feel that your PIN has been disclosed to others, be sure you change the number as soon as possible. |

| PIN Forgotten |
| Memorize your PIN. Never write your PIN down on anything in your wallet, or on the card itself. In case you have forgotten your PIN, a new card will have to be made. Return your old card to your MCB Online branch. You will receive a new card within 72 hours. |

| Damaged Card |
| If your card breaks in two or gets distorted, please return the card to your MCB Online branch. You can receive your MCB ATM card from your MCB Online branch within a few days. |

| Card Loss |
| In case of card loss, please advise your MCB Online branch or call our 24-hour MCB Call Centre number at (021) 111-000-622. You can receive your MCB ATM card from your MCB Online branch within a few days. If your card is not returned from the ATM, please contact the branch where you lost the card. You will have to complete a form and you will then receive your card from your MCB Online branch. |

| Incorrect Payment |
| If by any chance the ATM does not dispense the correct amount of money or does not dispense the money at all, please contact the branch where you were using the ATM or your home branch and inform them immediately. You will have to complete a form and the amount will then be credited to your bank account. |
