MCB Virtual Banking |

 The
users of MCB Virtual - Internet Banking can also pay their Utility and
Mobile Phone bills or recharge their mobile phone accounts through the
internet by logging-on to www.mcb.com.pk
Only one-time registration is required to proceed. |

| Registration Steps for payment |

| Step 1: |
Click on "Managing Services" on the web page. |
| Step 2: |
Click on "Register Billing Details" and select the billing institution that you want to register for bill payment Press "Next". |
| Step 3: |
Fill in the relevant details in the screen presented. |
| Step 4: |
Press "Next" again, verify the details, and then press
"Submit" to get registered. |

| Once registered, the customer can choose to pay bills of the company either by a 'one-time' payment or multiple 'recurring' payments option. |

| One - Time Payment |
| |
| Step I: |
Click on "Payment / Transfers". |
| Step 2: |
Click on "Bills Payment," and select the billing institution previously registered. Press "Next". |
| Step 3: |
Fill in the relevant details in the screen presented. |
| Step 4: |
Press "Next" again, verify the details, and then press
"Submit" to complete the transaction. |

| Scheduled Payments |

| Step I: |
Click on "Standing Orders". |
| Step 2: |
Click on "Schedule Bills Payment", select the billing institution previously registered. Press "Next". |
| Step 3: |
Fill in the relevant details in the screen presented
step. |
| Step 4: |
Press "Next" again, verify the details, and then press
"Submit" to complete the transaction. |

In both the payment options, the system will inform that the payment transaction has been accepted. The customer can also view the individual transactions by using the "Mini- Statement" or the "Statement by Period" utility. |
