How to Register

As an MCB customer you are empowered with not just one option for registering to the Call Center but with two easy ways

 
1 Fill out the Call Center Enrollment form available at your home branch.

2 Enroll to the Call Center via Virtual Banking.
 
Through your Home Branch...

Please fill out the Call Center Registration form available at your home branch and attach a copy of your CNIC before submission to your home branch.

Within seven working days your form will be processed, kindly call up the MCB Call Center any time after seven working days to avail call center services.

Furthermore, when you call in the MCB Call Center for the first time from your updated number,our executive will provide you with your own 4-digit Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN) as an additional security feature. You will be required to use this TPIN to safely access your account and we advise you not to share your TPIN with anyone. You can request the MCB Call Center Executive for a new TPIN any time you feel your TPIN has been compromised.
 
GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU FILL THE FORM CORRECTLY
Enrollment is easy:

Fill out this form in completion with a black pen and using only CAPITAL letters.
 
2
Mention all account relationships nationwide that you have with MCB including account titles, account numbers, branch names, etc.
 
3 Attach a copy of your CNIC.

Drop the form at the MCB branch you collected the form from. (the stamp present on the form is there as a ready reference to remind you).  
 
5 Within seven working days your form will be processed.
 
6 Kindly call up the MCB Call Centre and get all online services.
 
Through Virtual Banking...
 
Please register to Virtual Banking as per the enrollment process defined
 
Registration to Virtual Banking

Once enrolled to Virtual Banking a welcome email will be sent to your registered email.

On receipt of the Welcome mail please call from your updated number 111-000-MCB (622) for activation of your Virtual Banking Account.
