Pay Your MCB VISA Credit Card Bills via Virtual Banking |

MCB Virtual banking account holders can now link their credit card(s)
& payment details with their Virtual Banking account. New registrations
for MCB Virtual Banking account will automatically include the “Linking”
option. The key features of this service are:

| CREDIT CARD SUMMARY |

Enables the user to view the summary of all card accounts and
pending transactions.

| CREDIT CARD DETAILS |
| |
|
Allows the user to view the details of his/her Basic/Supplementary
card accounts.
|

|
| CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION ENQUIRY |
| |
|
Allows the user to view his card account transactions for a given
range of dates and for a particular card account.
|

|
| CREDIT CARD STATEMENT |
| |
|
Allows the user to view the details of his last system generated
card statement mailed to him. A printable version of the statements
for last 12 months is available to the card member.

| CREDIT CARD BILL(S) PAYMENT |
| |
|
Allows the user to pay his credit card bills online. The card
has the option of paying the minimum amount due or the entire
outstanding amount using his MCB Bank account.

|
Reminds the customer about a payment due date or the entire outstanding
amount using his MCB Virtual Banking account

| How to link credit card: |
| |
Customer will adopt the following process when they are already registered
with virtual banking and want to link credit card to avail these services.

- Visit MCB’s web site http://www.mcb.com.pk.
- Click on “Virtual Banking” menu and select “Individual
Users”.
- On this page customer will find a link to link credit card with their
virtual banking account. i.e. “Link Credit Card”..
- Fill form to link credit card with all required details.
- MCB RM will perform required verification and link credit card with
existing user id.
- An email and SMS would be generated to notify the customer regarding
the confirmation.

| How to re-link credit card: |

Customer will adopt the following process when they are already registered
with virtual banking and have linked their credit card, but that card
was stolen or misplaced and MCB issued them a new card with new credit
card number.

- Visit MCB’s web site http://www.mcb.com.pk.
- Click on “Virtual Banking” menu and select “Individual
Users”.
- On this page customer will find a link to link credit card with their
virtual banking account. i.e. “Link Credit Card”..
- Fill form to link credit card with all required details.
- MCB RM will perform required verification and delete existing credit
card and link new credit card..
- An email and SMS would be generated to notify the customer regarding
the confirmation.

| How to register with virtual banking
and link credit card in one go: |

Customer will adopt the following process when they want to register
with virtual banking and have a MCB credit card linked with their account,

- Visit MCB’s web site http://www.mcb.com.pk.
- Click on “Virtual Banking” menu and select “Individual
Users”.
- On this page customer will find a link to link credit card with their
virtual banking account. i.e. “Register Online”.
- Fill form to avail virtual banking services and to link credit card
with all required details.
- MCB RM will perform required verification and link account and credit
card with user id.
- An email and SMS would be generated to notify the customer regarding
the confirmation.
