ID Management Officer

JOB Description

This role is responsible for executing and maintaining the end-to-end process of employee ID creation and access management. This includes the issuance of IDs and deactivation of credentials. The role ensures data accuracy, access compliance, and alignment with internal security protocols.

1 to 2 Year experience

Responsibilities

  • To manage tasks/functions of User-ID Management bank wide related to CBS/Symbols, Core Banking & other IT Applications/Solutions to enable better Services & Delivery to the end users. It includes creation, deletion, amendment, reset, role change or deactivation of IDs etc.
  • To provide guidance to Business/Stakeholders with a prospective of smooth functioning of IT applications. Also handle login issues by giving assistance
  • Assist line manager in UATs under the scope User Id Management and ensure that Upgrades/Enhancements are in line with BPR and intimate the irregularities if required.
  • To coordinate with internal IT teams for resolution of any Technical/ functional issues with respect to User-id Management for CBS/Symbols and other IT Applications/Solutions by raising SIRs/CRs to the concerned.
  • Ensure strict adherence of IS Security Guidelines and comply with audit observations (if highlighted). Also maintain records pertain to User-id requests for branches & offices for readily available at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Computer Sciences / IT)
