Manager Debit Cards Business Growth-Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to drive business growth and spend targets of debit cards business. The role also entails launching of new variants of debit cards to cover various customer segments in collaboration with Retail Banking
Responsible for reviewing debit card processes to improve efficiency and productivity by revamping the internal processes and replacing it with more customer friendly ones
Responsible for working with all functions of the Bank to deliver end-to-end customer experience on the debit cards business
Conducting regular reviews on market trends and studying competitor’s activities to identify opportunities for growth
Initiating product ideas and ongoing features/benefits tailored for each target segment to enhance growth in the debit cards portfolio
Responsible for meeting internal & external scheme targets which will contribute to the growth of the debit cards business
Implementing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, particularly with local
Gauging and monitoring performance of existing debit card campaigns
Focusing on training of all units along with relationship building and management of stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Education:	Graduate from a recognized University (preferably Masters in Business Administration, Banking or in any other related field)
Experience:	Minimum 03-04 years of banking experience with experience in debit cards, product management etc
