Manager Digital Channels Acquisitions-Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

  • Responsible for working with the team for developing and executing strategies for acquiring customers for digital channels
  • Executing the roadmap, KPIs and strategy in place to deliver the goals set for the digital channels (app/web)
  • Responsible for working with internal and external teams for the delivery of roadmap, monitoring performance, developing growth strategies, forming alliances and ensuring operational excellence
  • Working closely with cross functional teams to design and define use cases to expand the usage of digital channels
  • Responsible for growth, downloads, activations, cost and overall digital conversion/adaption of the digital channels
  • Acting as an interface with legal, compliance, audit, internal control, operations and finance to ensure strategies and execution for the set of features under their control are delivered flawlessly
  • Understanding the product life cycle, product management, and UI/UX for the digital channels for driving acquisitions/conversions of customers.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Education

Graduate from a recognized University (preferably a Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration, Banking or in any other relevant field)

Experience

Proven 04-05 (minimum) years of experience in digital channels, application, growth, strategies, analytics and product management. The candidate should possess knowledge of banking products and services including its inherent risks
