Manager – Staff Loan Approvals & Auto Insurance

Experience & Skills

4 to 6 years in Credits/Finance

Responsibilities

Scrutinize all loans documents for final approval within decided TAT and with Zero Error.
Evaluate the loan Approvals based on criteria such as limits available, eligibility, loan repayment installments, completeness of supporting documents as per the bank’s policy.
Having proficient skills of maintaining reports regarding reconciliation of loans data.
Manage the team for completion of work and to ensure compliance.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills	Basic knowledge of DBR Calculation, ECIB report, Efficient in MS Office
Behavioral Competencies	Good Communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytics, problem solving, attention to detail and staff focus

Qualifications

Graduate/Masters in Accounting/Finance from Recognized university
