Relationship Manager / Relationship Associate – SME Centre

JOB Description

To play Relationship Management role in managing the existing asset portfolio of the SME Centre and assist respective SRM to achieve New-toBank/assigned growth targets/maintain strong MIS/to make efforts for maximum utilization of credit limits.

Manage the existing relationships and targeting new to bank clients to achieve the assigned advances/deposit/trade/recovery/revenue and other cross sell targets.

Arrange adequate documentation and information from the client/internal/external agnecies for processing of CPs and to the satisfaction of CRCD, LAG, RMG etc. as per requiremnts of Credit Handbook (CHB) and Banl’s policy and approved terms.

Periodic visits to client and conduct stock inpections (hypothecated/pledged) as per bank’s policy/approved terms.

Ensure optimal utilization of assigned limits enabling UH/SRM-SME to achieve their profitability targets including both FB & NFB income.

Preparation and timely elevation of credit proposals and other related credit requests.

Ensure credit discipline by keeping UER issues to minimum and to make efforts for timely recovery of Mark up.

To reduce maximum number of UERs and attain improved Audit rating.

Facilitate/liaison with credit & trade operation staff at branches/offices for credit & trade related operations/activities.

Ensure compliance of SBP PRs/Credit Hand Book/Risk Policy Circulars instructions applicable to the relationships under perview.

Ensure all possible credit risks/Industry analysis are properly evaluated and addresses in CPs/Credit requsts

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills:

Masters/Graduate Degree (preferably MBA / M.Com / B.Com and any recognized Masters/Graduation Degree)

Experience Profile:

  • Credit/Banking Experience of atleast 3 years for RM in relevant field and experience of within 1 year for officer/associate.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail banking principles, practices and procedures.
  • Undertanding of banking operations, regulations and risk management, latest SBP regulations, FE manual, internal CHB guidelines etc.

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and friendly.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Any additional task assigned by Line Manager.
