JOB Description

Primarily responsible to assist Unit Head / Department Head in preparation of budgets and to ensure financial management across the Group - inline with best practices and policies / procedures in vogue within the organization.






Assisting Unit Head / Department Head in preparation of budget (annual / rolling) and strategy of consumer banking, wealth management and privilege banking (Financial, Human Capital / HR, Capex, Information Technology related deliverables)



Ensuring monthly Profit & Loss is synced with business volumes through Spread analysis, significant variances are rationalised and where required, rectified. This includes overseeing monthly Income and expense accrual / analysis



Preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly financial performance and insights reports for reviews with senior management. This shall include management commentary on performance of all products and shall cover analysis of actual results vs prior periods results and against budgets including trends.



Conducting cost benefits and ROI analysis for new business initiatives, incentives structures, promotional campaigns etc.



Any other task assigned by management



Knowledge & Skills

  • Accounting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, data analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to deal with complexity and multiple aspects of business

Experience Profile

  • Graduate in Accounting & Finance
  • ACCA, CIMA, MBA Finance, ACMA with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience
