JOB Description

This position entails the management / timely delivery of all key projects (as per Commitment Letter, New Initiatives and Regulatory) undertaken by Retail Banking Group and ensuring inter and intra group synergies and collaborations to successfully deliver the project as per the timelines set by the organization. Tracking, monitoring and reporting the progress and performance of the project to senior management and relevant stakeholder.






Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities, review project proposals & prepare project plan, managing resource requirements, availability & allocation – both internal and third party.



Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities and managing delivery of the project according to this plan. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques



Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders, managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule, Identifying and mitigating potential risks & prevent delays and bottlenecks.



Managing the relationship and communication with all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. Manage cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope



Management and coordination of all division related projects, tasks and deliverables



Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent writing and documentation skills
  • Relevant project knowledge
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and awareness of deadlines
  • Ability to anticipate problems and take action to control them
  • Ability to present information and ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience Profile

  • Graduation / Masters preferably in Business / IT
  • 2-3 Years of proven track record as a project manager / coordinator
  • Preferred – Project Management Professional (PMP)

Behavioral Competencies

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management, and adaptability
  • Hardworking, self-starter, able to set own priorities
