In line with our objective to be an ‘Employer of First Choice’, the Management Trainee Program is designed to identify, induct, develop and retain the top talent from top business schools/universities in Pakistan and abroad.
Through this program fresh graduates experience an ease in their transition from the university and into the business environment as a result of exposure to business practices that sets foundations for success throughout their careers.
Screening
To be eligible for screening, the potential Management Trainee should meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Fresh MBA Grad from top business schools of Pakistan and abroad.
- Age should not exceed 27 years (it may vary subject to business requirements)
- The criteria may be relaxed for remote areas.
Selection
Screened applicants will go through a comprehensive assessment ranging from written tests, simulation exercises, group discussion, interview etc. Final selection of the trainee will be made by the leadership team of the Bank on the basis of the overall performance during the entire selection process and the panel interview.
Training
The classroom training is designed to provide theoretical background and build foundation for the experience provided during the training. Management Trainees will be given three months comprehensive classroom training in core banking, which will be imparted in training Centre setup within MCB Bank.
Rotation
Every employee brings a unique perspective to what we do. Our rotational assignments are aimed at exposing the Management Trainees to various businesses / departments where they are provided with the opportunity to acquire a diversified knowledge and skills set through on-the-job training.
Placement
Proper placement of the Management Trainees is instrumental for their careers as it forms the basis of guiding them on the path to success and helps them in transforming into a productive human resource for the Bank. For placement in MCB Bank Limited, Management Trainee will be interviewed by the Department / Group Heads; the panel’s decision for placement in a particular department will be final.
