MCB Bank is pleased to facilitate applications for the Government Hajj Scheme 2026 (1447 A.H.), managed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (MORA).

Key Dates to Remember

• Application Period: August 4, 2025, to August 10, 2025.
• First Installment Payment: The first installment for your chosen Hajj package must be paid during the application period.

Eligibility and Application Details

• Who can apply? The application is open to all registered applicants with the Ministry of Religious Affairs. If the government quota is not met, unregistered applicants may be invited to apply at a later date.
• Application Process: All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Hajj Packages: You can choose between two options under the Regular Hajj Scheme:
• Long Hajj Package
• Short Hajj Package
• Sponsorship Scheme: There is no Sponsorship Scheme for Hajj 2026. Overseas Pakistanis can apply under the Regular Scheme.

Hajj Package Costs & Payment

The estimated total cost for the Government Hajj Scheme ranges from Rs. 1,150,000 to Rs. 1,250,000. The first installment required at the time of application is:

• Long Hajj Package: Rs. 500,000
• Short Hajj Package: Rs. 550,000

The remaining balance and final costs will be announced by MORA at a later date.

Important Requirements & Documents

To apply for Hajj 2026, please ensure you have the following ready:

• A valid Pakistani Passport with an expiry date of October 26, 2026, or later.
• A valid CNIC/NICOP/SNIC.
• A recent photograph that meets the specifications on the application form.
• An Original Medical Certificate.
• A valid bank account in your name.
• Important: All pilgrims must have an approved Saudi vaccination, and the Qurbani option is mandatory and pre-selected. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted to perform Hajj this year.
