Mr. Farid Ahmad, as Group Head Retail Banking, leads the Retail Banking business of the Bank. His responsibilities as Group Head Retail Banking include developing and implementing business strategies and growth plans to ensure the achievement of retail focused business objectives. He is also the Company Secretary of the Bank. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of MCB Exchange Company, and additionally serves on the Board of MCB ESSS (a fully owned subsidiary of MCB Employees Foundation). He has rich managerial experience of over 30 years in the faculties of Banking Regulations, Corporate Credit Marketing, Credit Risk Management, Consumer & SME Financing and Micro Credit. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and also a Master’s in Commerce. Furthermore, he has completed the General Management Programme in Business Leadership from Cranfield University, UK.
