How to Deposit Cash

Follow these simple steps to deposit cash using an MCB Cash Deposit Machine:

1. Tap Start on the CDM screen.
2. Enter your CNIC number and complete biometric verification.
3. Select Own MCB Account or Any MCB Account, as applicable.
4. Select or enter the beneficiary's eligible MCB account number.
5. Enter the required transaction details, including the deposit amount, mobile number, and reason.
6. Place the cash into the acceptance slot when prompted.
7. Verify the counted amount displayed on the screen and confirm the transaction.
8. Upon successful processing, collect your receipt (optional).

Accepted Denominations: PKR 500, PKR 1,000 and PKR 5,000 notes only.
