Mr. Muhammad Haris Hasan has an illustrious Banking career. He possesses over 24 years of diversified experience across Credit & Remedial Management, Restructuring and Rehabilitation of Sick Industrial Units/Businesses in Pakistan. He holds strong understanding of recovery / banking laws, client situations, market dynamics and developing hard hitting strategies for restructuring / rescheduling / recovery of Non-performing Loans (NPLs). He is associated with MCB since February 2009 and currently spearheading remedial management function of Corporate & Commercial segment of the Bank in Pakistan and Overseas Operations. Before joining MCB, he had also served Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan (IDBP), Corporate & Industrial Restructuring Corporation (CIRC), PICIC Commercial Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank Limited and Habib Bank Limited. He holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad and Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from Punjab University, Lahore.
