Responsible to monitor overall operational and services activities of branches of the designated segment. Implement a strong compliance culture through operational controls to achieve cost and operational efficiency. Provide support to the organization’s long term plan for growth in alignment with internal/external regulatory requirements. Manage and guide the branches through a team of Regional Head Retail Banking Services (RH-RBS) to ensure effective back office and counter services in the branch network
