Experience & Skills

Fresh or One year of relevant (Credit Card Issuance & Tele Sales) field experience is preferable.

Knowledge and Skills

Awareness of banking, market & industry trends, Proficiency in MS Office , Good typing speed, Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Behavioral Competencies

Communication & interpersonal skills, Customer focus, Analytical skills, Punctuality, Integrity, Proven ability to problem solves and handle a wide range of decision-making.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree
