JOB Description

We are a leading banking institution dedicated to leveraging data to drive business insights and decisions. We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative Junior Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Consultant to join our team. This role requires a self-starter with a strong interest in learning new technologies and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Learning and Adaptation:	Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies and adopt best practices. Quickly adapt to changing environments.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:	Exhibit excellent teamwork skills and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Lead initiatives independently, showcasing strong leadership abilities.
Technical Skills:	Possess solid SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis. Hands-on experience with at least one Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
Business Acumen:	Efficiently grasp business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Contribute to the end-to-end data analytics project delivery cycle.
Communication and Visualization:	Present data insights effectively through excellent storytelling skills. Develop and deliver high-quality data visualizations to aid business decisions. Exhibit strong presentation skills when communicating findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in a business intelligence or data visualization role, preferably in the banking sector.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one BI tool.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
