JOB Description

Department Head - CBS Systems will be responsible for all sort of In-house developments, modifications and integrations related to Core Banking System and to lead core banking to ensure efficient, effective and on time delivery of Projects related to Core Banking Systems.

Responsibilities

 Develop and deliver a strategic technology vision and direction for software development
 Lead and manage the Software Development process and teams to deliver software, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of customers
 Work effectively with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure delivery against agreed priorities
 Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities
 Accountable for the on-time and quality delivery of software development projects related to CBS
 Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for software development
 Reviewing and applying said best practices to establish architecture and consistent with and supportive of the Product Strategy and Architectural Strategy
 Identifying and implementing technology trends that will be able to support the future success of the business

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Qualification	Bachelors/Master’s degree in any Computer/Software discipline from HEC recognized university
Experience Profile	15-20 years of professional Software Development management experience (preferably Symbols)
Knowledge and Skills	System modelling and designing skills Good Banking Domain Knowledge Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions Good Techno-Functional Knowledge of different Core Banking Systems preferably international systems Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.
Behavioural Competencies	Leadership skills Ability to lead a team of application developers and analysts/li> Analytical & problem-solving Skills Ability to work with teams and handling pressure Should collaborate and coordinate at the grass root level of cross-functional units related to the product, understand the problems and find innovative
