Finance and Tax Manager

JOB Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Tax Manager for our finance and tax functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations in Pakistan.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications: CA (part qualified), ACCA, CMA, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and taxation.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Tax Laws: In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Pakistan.
Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Taxation: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations in Pakistan, including income tax, sales tax, and federal excise duty. Filing of tax returns, and manage tax audits.
Budgeting: Develop financial plans and monitor business performance against targets to support business growth and profitability.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including Companies Act, 2017, Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and Sales Tax Act, 1990.
Audits and Assurance: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. Manage internal audits and SBP Inspection.
