Manager Compliance & Controls - Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

Manage SBP inspections, internal and external audits, and regulatory reporting within the prescribed timelines. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data submission and adherence to audit recommendations. Thus ensuring a regulator and audit compliant digital banking vertical
Perform diligent follow up and prepare regular updates on GAPs/issues identified through internal / external audits for management review for implementation of corrective actions in order to ensure timely compliance of audit observations
Coordinate execution of periodic RCSA exercises across the Group to identify control deficiencies, key risk indicators and escalate issues as appropriate. Liaise with Risk and Compliance functions of the Bank to ensure timely and effective remediation of control gaps
Prepare well-articulated summaries of fraud related cases for presentation to the Claim Review Committee, manage all associated supporting documentation and coordinate with respective teams to drive timely resolution of cases for closure
Partner with business and functional lines within Digital Banking to review and update SOPs / policies to design and implement strong policies and processes
Demonstrate solid commitment to gaining new knowledge and expertise through digital resources to continue adding value to digital controls and compliance function

Experience & Skills

4–5 years in banking, preferably in Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, or Fraud Risk

Knowledge and Skills

Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written & verbal communication
Analytical mindset
Self-driven and solution-oriented
Ability to collaborate across departments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
