Manager IS Governance

JOB Description

Develop & oversee overall information security awareness program in order to educate in the organization on the same. Ensure security awareness program meets all industry regulations, standards and compliance requirements as well as MCB policies and requirements.

  • Create and enforce information Security Policy and procedure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Addressing compliance and audit requirements and updating relevant information security documentations as and when required
  • Participate and lead information security audits, whether by performed by organization or third-party personnel
  • Communicate information security goals and new programs effectively with other departments and functions within bank
  • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and standards i.e. ISO 27001
  • Support internal and external audits, accessing compliance with governance policies and recommended improvements as necessary

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience

Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in the development and delivery of relevant training programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT related field
  • Knowledge of ISO27001/PCI-DSS/CISA
  • Knowledge of COBIT 5.0/ITIL
