JOB Description

Responsible for timely & accurate processing of Customer’s Export related transaction request and SBP Refinance requests with adherence to internal & external regulatory regulations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1	Managing and supervising of export related documents/transactions received from branches / customers, their scrutiny and processing to provide prompt and quality services to trade customers in lines with bank policy, ICC & SBP regulations. Well versed with TBML framework and ensure accurate reporting within time.	35%
2	Liaison with RH’s/ROM’s for any discrepancies in the export documentation and their rectification without any compromise on regulatory breanch.	15%
3	Ensure the timely reporting of errors and that all exceptions are properly recorded and resolved. Prepare the MIS of Trade Services and ensure all internal & external reporting is timely submitted to HO and SBP.	15%
4	Liaison with branches for proper use of Symbol TF Module to process export transactions, APE utilization, EPRC statements. Weekly review and reconciliation of Ledger Balances between branches and TSC and daily monitoring of control accounts.	15%
5	Well versed with SBP, ICC and trade regulations. EPRC Issuance and maintain record. Form E reporting to SBP, Witholding Tax and EDS.	10%
6	Monitoring of export bills payments timely received Regular follow-ups / reminders for payments, Reporting of E forms to SBP, Monthly ITRS repoting. EE checking and record maintain. Marinating good audit rating.	10%

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills	Knowledge of Export Regulations of ICC & SBP and Internal policies of the bank; Computer Proficiency
Experience Profile	Master/Graduate with 5-7 years experience
Behavioural Competencies	Behavioural Skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication Skills
