QA Specialist Digital Banking Applications

JOB Description

To provide deep technical and domain expertise in digital banking QA, focusing on specialized areas such as security, performance, or compliance, while supporting complex issue resolution and quality advocacy across projects.

Manage and inspire a cross-functional QA Team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Define and drive the QA strategy for the digital banking application, ensuring thorough test coverage across mobile, web, API, and backend services.
Take test automation initiatives, selecting and implementing modern QA tools and frameworks to accelerate delivery without compromising quality
Work closely with product managers, developers, security, and compliance teams to align quality goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify risks and quality bottlenecks, deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports, and ensure timely resolution to maintain app reliability and security.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience Experience in the areas of business process review, IT compliance. RCSA, KRI, KPI

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge and automated testing for mobile and web applications.
Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, REST Assured, CI/CD pipelines).
Deep understanding of digital banking workflows, financial transactions, security standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
Experience in agile and Dev Ops environments, with ability to lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
Excellent knowledge of performance, security, and functional testing best practices

Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT related field Preferable
