To manage, lead, motivate and guide the team of operations staff of the region in order to achieve operational efficiencies by ensuring strong compliance culture and controls as per laid down procedures/policies thus helping sales staff to focus on sales and delivery of quality services to customers. Also responsible for the credit quality of the region's portfolio, human resources along with financial resources of the region.
