JOB Description

The role is responsible for achieving the business volumes and targets set by the management. Also provide special focus on services to build better and strong relationship with employees within institutional segment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

No.	Accountability	%Time
1	To focus on securing Payroll Agreements to various institutions by providing comprehensive collections and payments solutions, along with offering consumer lending products 'as part of a bundled arrangement, for employees at the institutional level	50%
2	To generate business by obtaining leads from various channels within the bank i.e. Wholesale, Digital and Retail Banking with the objective of maximizing sales volumes and targets set by the management	20%
3	To ensure the highest standard of services to the clients to retain existing business and enhance the Bank's reputation in the market	20%
4	Team building including motivation and training of related staff members in coordination with Learning & Development the function of HR. To mentor and motivate the team to meet the business objectives growth effectively	10%

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills	Minimum Graduate with comprehensive knowledge of banking products, prudential regulations, market trends/dynamics.
Experience Profile	3 to 4 years of experience for Relationship Manager 4 to 5 years of experience for Sr. Relationship Manager
Behavioral Competencies	Negotiating skills Selling Skills Leadership, Training & Counselling Relationship Management Skills Team Effectiveness People Management Skills
