Senior Manager Transformation

JOB Description

Business acumen to, define a clear "north star" for key banking operational processes, then architect their future state, and then create a pragmatic and phased implementation roadmap.
Skilled in building a compelling and financially sound business case for process transformation to forecast ROI and intangible benefits.
Expertise in analyzing current business processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing efficient and customer-centric future processes.
Knowledge of how technologies like AI/ML, RPA, IoT, Blockchain, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms can be applied to design seamless customer experiences.
Practical experience with Agile (Scrum), DevOps principles to enable faster, iterative delivery. To develop effective project plans and ensure timely delivery.
Understanding of, how to support experimentation, psychological safety and customer-centricity to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively with executives and frontline employees, thus being able to influence without formal authority.

Experience & Skills

At least 04 years working experience in technology driven enterprise transformation.

Knowledge and Skills

Digital platforms & ecosystem knowledge
Business case development, certifications like CBAP, TOGAF will be a plus
Value Stream Mapping & Process Re-engineering skills
Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum)
Problem-solving & critical thinking mindset

Qualifications

Graduate/Masters from a recognized University (preferably Masters in Information Technology , business administration or related discipline).
