Review of policies, processes, procedures, manuals and circulars to analyse and provide suggestion in light with risk and control environment in context of COSO framework. It also includes identifying control design weaknesses/ deficiencies from operational, compliance, and financial reporting perspective; and suggests mitigating remediation. |

Provide functional support during implementation/review upgrade of various applications from controls perspective and process efficiency. The purpose of such reviews is to find the room for improvements of methods, systems and procedures in areas such as efficiency and effectiveness of operations, integrity of financials (internal Control over financial reporting) and compliance with rules and regulations. |

Conduct research to highlight the processes which require Reengineering (BPR). The research work is based on conducting the processes audit/ assessments, field works, evaluating bank’s control environment and review of available literatures e.g. Internal & External auditors reports, Regulators reports/ instructions, peer-bank analysis etc. |

Handling and execution of special projects as assigned by Senior Management from time to time. |

Knowledge and Skills: |
Minimum 16 years of education from HEC recognized institution with excellent communication and written skills |

Experience Profile: |
Minimum 5 years of experience related to foreign exchange, including 2 years of experience about policies and procedures documentation, review of processes, business process reengineering (BPR) as well as knowledge of Trade Based Money Laundering etc. |
Behavioural Competencies: |
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills. |
