Sr Manager Digital Channels Acquisitions-Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies for acquiring customers for the digital channels, primarily mobile/web banking
  • The role will be focused towards driving customer acquisition and managing their life-cycle to increase digital usage across the Bank. The KPIs will include total customer base registered on the digital channel (app/web), customers acquired during the period, quality of customers acquired and digital adaption/transaction mix
  • The role entails working with internal and external teams for delivery of roadmap, developing strategies, monitoring performance indicators, forming alliances and ensuring operational excellence with an aim to increase the overall digital channels base- app/web users
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external to the group along with key stakeholders i.e product development, IT, marketing, legal, customer experience, analytics, retail channels, and compliance to ensure growth in the total customer base. The role also entails working with external partners through the partnership team to help build use cases/digital product lines that would help drive usage of digital channels
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, leveraging consumer insights and data analytics
  • Define KPI's, monitor, analyze and communicate performance of feature releases. The role will also entail the building of dashboards with the assistance of internal teams to track KPI's with the aim of sharing the information with stakeholders on an on-going basis
  • Understanding the product life cycle, product management, and UI/UX for the digital channels for driving acquisitions/conversions of customers

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Education

Graduate from a recognized University (preferably a Master’s, Bachelors in Business Administration, or any other relevant field)

Experience

Minimum 05-06 years of experience of working in digital channels, application growth, strategies, analytics and product management

Skills

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including its inherent risks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
