Sr Manager PMO Information Security

JOB Description

Orchestrate the definitive planning and structuring of strategic security initiatives (ISO 27001, SIEM, CTI, and SOC CMM implementations, vulnerability management, IAM) to establish clear project boundaries, success metrics and committed resource allocations, thereby guaranteeing predictable and controlled delivery within established TAT
Govern the end-to-end deployment for critical security technology platforms (e.g., SIEM, DLP, EDR, FIM) by driving cross-functional collaboration and managing external vendor commitments, resulting in the seamless and on-schedule integration of advanced protective controls into the Bank's infrastructure
Maintain transparency and strategic dialogue across the stakeholders by converting project information into clear reports and interactive dashboards to facilitate informed decision-making and managing stakeholder expectations regarding project health
Uphold the integrity of the Information Security governance framework by ensuring all project artifacts, risk registers and decision records are meticulously documented and readily available to achieve audit readiness and establishing a reliable knowledge base for continuous process enhancement
Oversee & Monitor the internal Information Security operational activities and task execution to ensure rigorous adherence to all departmental SOPs and mandated regulatory obligations, consequently maintaining operational consistency and quantifiable compliance across the division
