Sr. Officer Business Process

Permanent OG II / OG I 1 Karachi Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a combination of both.

Experience & Skills

Experience in banking or financial sector, hands on exposure to process automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, workflow management systems) & business analysis methodologies, coordinating with IT project team, and proficiency in documentation tools & process modelling notations

Knowledge and Skills

  • Project Management (PMP preferred)
  • Business Analysis (CBAP preferred)
  • Good technical and interpersonal skills

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Min. Experience

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a combination of both.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's / Master’s degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline)
