Technical Specialist e-Commerce-Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

Execute end-to-end integration for post-sale processes, including Internet Payment Gateway integration with MasterCard Payment Gateway Services
Conduct comprehensive testing during integration and eCommerce merchant onboarding
Provide 24/7 technical support to eCommerce clients
Oversee technical/product-related project assessment, execution, implementation, and monitoring
Manage stakeholder relationships throughout project execution
Ensure compliance with all policies and processes related to technical aspects
Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control in all technical product projects
Negotiate and secure agreements with stakeholders and financial schemes efficiently
Explore new partnership opportunities to reduce overall project costs, including financial negotiations and timeline management for task execution

Experience & Skills

Must have 3 to 5 years of experience of payment gateways integration with any internet payment gateway service provider preferably MasterCard internet payment gateway services (MPGS)

Knowledge and Skills

Understanding various payment gateway options (e.g., MasterCard) and their APIs
Familiarity with popular eCommerce plugins/platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and their integration processes
Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance and security protocols to protect sensitive payment information
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and server-side languages (PHP, Python, etc.) used in eCommerce sites
Familiarity with database systems to manage transaction data and user information securely

Qualifications

Graduate from a recognized University (preferably Masters in Business Administration, Banking or in any other related field)
