Relationship Manager Liability

JOB Description

The Relationship Manager - Liabilities is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager - Liabilities is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with customers and increasing business revenue by identifying new opportunities, offering outstanding customer service, and ensuring the bank's financial goals are met.

Knowledge and Skills

  • 3-5 years in Business Banking / SME Liabilities & Trade
  • Experience in target driven environment
  • Expert in managing corporate client relationships
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to drive business
  • Sound communication & interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude to identify opportunities and close business deals
  • Able to work under pressure and adjust quickly to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Acquire New-To-Bank customers with a primary focus on high value deposit to maintain profitable liability relationships.
  • Improve share wallet & target to be primary bank for each of the relationships in the assigned portfolio.
  • Enhance relationship revenue from the portfolio by cross selling range of banking products & services i.e. Trade & FX
  • Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement.
  • Develop account planning by mapping and visiting potential customers on regular basis to strengthen business relationships, ascertain customer needs and extend proper service.
  • Ensure effective utilization of accounts opened in order to maximize deposit targets.
  • Regularly review the market trends, competitors’ offerings and latest products development to identify profitable opportunities in line with Bank's overall policy and risk appetite.
  • Ensure service quality standards consistently in order to sustain and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain profitable portfolio quality while ensuring identification of warning signs. potential risks & unsatisfactory account conduct and coordinate with management r remedial actions.
  • Manage & assume responsibility for periodic review of assigned customer portfolio, KYC update and risk profiling to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strict adherence to all regulatory & compliance policies with regards to KYC/AML/Sanctions as set out by the bank.
  • Coordinate & support internal stakeholders for satisfactory compliance & audit reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master degree in business Administration is preferred
