JOB Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Science professional to lead the Data Science Unit within the Data & Advanced Analytics Division. The incumbent will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide data science initiatives, developing advanced analytical and machine learning solutions and enabling data-driven decision-making across the bank. The role requires, deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong command of Python, R, SQL, Machine Learning frameworks and advanced analytical techniques.
Experience with Big Data platforms, cloud analytics environments and model governance practices will be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

Knowledge and Skills

Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline from a recognized university.
8 to 12 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning, including at least 3 to 4 years in a leadership role.
