Ms. Amna Hasan brings 25 years of extensive experience across various financial institutions. She has worked in the areas of Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Transaction Banking and Investment Banking. During her career, she has also worked on execution of over 500 Investment Banking deals of over USD 20 Bln., winning 55 global and international awards, with 25 notable equity and advisory deals.

Being a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, she is currently a nominee director in MCB Islamic Bank Limited and MCB Exchange Company (Pvt.) Limited. She has also served as a nominee director in Askari Currency Exchange (Pvt.) Limited, Foundation Securities, Naymat Collateral Management Company Limited and Pakistan Textile City Limited.

Ms. Hasan holds a Masters Degree in Business Economics from University of The Punjab.
